Position Overview
Turnbridge is seeking a seasoned clinician to join our dual-licensed outpatient psychiatric and substance use treatment facility. This role focuses on delivering evidence-based care to adolescents and young adults facing co-occurring disorders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Individual, Family, and Group Therapy sessions
- Specialize in adolescent populations
- Collaborate within an Interdisciplinary team, benefiting from extensive supervision and support
Qualifications
- A master's degree from an accredited graduate program in a behavioral health-related field (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy)
- Licensure in Connecticut as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) OR
- Associate-level licensure (LMSW, LMFT-A, LPC-A) will be considered if you are within three months of full licensure
- Experience in group therapy and working with adolescents (ages 15-17) is preferred
