Compensation Analyst Job Description

At Emory Healthcare, we are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Total Rewards department, you will play a critical role in shaping our compensation strategy and ensuring that our employees are fairly compensated for their hard work.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a compensation or benefits role.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
