Compensation Specialist

At Emory Healthcare, we are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Total Rewards department, you will play a critical role in shaping our compensation strategy and ensuring that our employees are fairly compensated for their hard work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation programs that align with our organization's goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine competitive salary ranges and benefits.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to ensure that compensation practices are fair and equitable.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation-related matters.
- Stay up-to-date on changing compensation trends and regulations.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a compensation or benefits role.
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
