Job Title: Service Lead

Position Overview:

The Service Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing the service team, which includes cashiering and recovery functions, while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational standards at the front end.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and guide the service team in all cashiering, front-end, and recovery activities within the store.
  • Provide constructive feedback to store management regarding team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with customer service standards and operational tasks, including recovery and training.
  • Act as the primary Manager on Duty (MOD) when present, responsible for opening and closing the store as scheduled.
  • Direct floor associates to maintain merchandising and customer service standards, including merchandise presentation and cleanliness.
  • Oversee the maintenance and compliance of the Hazardous Waste program.
  • Utilize company tools and reports to analyze trends and collaborate with leadership to refine operational plans.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience is required. Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
  • A minimum of two years of retail management experience is preferred.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds, and to perform physical tasks such as unloading freight and moving products.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule of up to 40 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
  • Basic proficiency in English literacy, mathematics, and computer skills is required.
