About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Cycle Systems Expert to join our team at Medusind. As an Epic OCHIN Billing Specialist, you will play a critical role in maximizing revenue and reducing operating costs for our healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert knowledge and support to internal RCM team members on Epic OCHIN practice management system navigation and workflow optimization.
  • Collaborate with the Billing team to ensure accurate processing and billing of patient claims in accordance with payer requirements and organization policy.
  • Develop and implement effective Epic workflows to improve revenue cycle performance indicators.
  • Identify and resolve trends to improve collection processes and strategies.
  • Partner with colleagues to continuously improve understanding of collection processes and strategies.
  • Assist with interactive training and development of new learning workflows and training aids.
  • Act as a workflow resource to RCM members and work collaboratively with other departments to achieve desired results.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a Revenue Cycle Systems role, preferably with Epic OCHIN experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Proven track record of improving process efficiencies and problem resolution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to form productive relationships with all levels of staff and clients.
