**Job Overview:**

The JM Hunter Group is a leading specialty distributor of building materials seeking a seasoned District Sales Manager to drive sales growth, improve market share, and enhance operational efficiency across multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the building materials industry and stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in the building materials distribution sector.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong business acumen, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
