Building Design Director Opportunity

A highly skilled and licensed architect is sought after to excel in design, technical abilities, and project management.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Leads consultants and technical teams to execute project designs and deliver implementation documents.
  • Liaises with project managers to develop schedules, meet deadlines, and verify document quality.
  • Coordinates design groups, manages technical aspects of projects, and communicates with clients, agencies, and contractors.
  • Presents design concepts, prepares client presentations, and performs product research.
  • Resolves conflicts, oversees team performance, and promotes sustainable design practices.
Essential Qualifications
  • Accredited professional degree in Architecture.
  • Architectural Registration required.
  • Typically 8+ years of experience.
  • Sustainable design accreditation preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and 3D modeling software.
Remuneration

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
