Job Description: Design Sales Professional

Starcom Design Build Corporation is an award-winning remodeling company based in Columbia, MD. We have a proven history of great success and are growing. As a Design Sales Professional, you will be responsible for managing leads, developing proposals, and producing sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage leads and self-generated appointments
  • Develop proposals and perform computer estimating
  • Produce and sign sales contracts
  • Utilize finance programs for sales as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong closing skills
