Junior Communications Specialist

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Junior Communications Specialist to join our team at Fresh Form Draft. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective communication strategies that enhance our brand's reputation, engage our audience, and support our marketing and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and execution of communication strategies that align with our company's vision and goals.
  • Draft and edit press releases, newsletters, and articles that showcase our expertise and thought leadership.
  • Manage content for our social media channels, ensuring alignment with our company messaging and brand voice.
  • Support the organization of internal and external communications events that promote our brand and services.
  • Conduct research to support messaging and identify communication opportunities that drive business results.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on communication metrics that inform our strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant communication tools.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in communications.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
