About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator Senior to support the Vice President of Academic Affairs and Dean of Instruction at Maricopa Community College District. The successful candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Vice President and Dean, including meeting minutes, event planning, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, schedules, handbooks, and promotional materials.
  • Greet visitors and respond to inquiries, requiring a detailed knowledge of policies and procedures.

Requirements

An Associate's Degree from a regionally accredited institution and two years of administrative office support or related experience are required. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Estimated Salary Range: $17-$20 per hour
