As a Department Operations Manager at DH Pace Company, Inc., you will be an integral part of our operations team, contributing to the success of our organization by coordinating field services and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

* Schedule technicians to customer job sites and collect, finalize, and submit job details for processing
* Ensure technicians' schedules are cleared of completed job tickets and open job tickets are correctly allocated
* Run, review, and manage department reports to guarantee customer satisfaction and commitments
* Assist with billing paperwork and meet customer billing document requirements
* Create and maintain accurate service tickets to ensure timely completion of services
* Collaborate with estimating team to provide service quotes when required
* Support field techs with technical/mechanical troubleshooting/problem solving
* Provide accurate work orders and picking lists for inventory pulling

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
* 2+ years of experience in administration, dispatch, or high-volume administration fields
* Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, 6:30AM to 3:30PM, with additional hours as business needs require.
