Western Technical College is seeking a qualified Adjunct Instructor to join our team. As an Adjunct Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality academic curriculum, instruction, and assessment to prepare students for the workforce and/or further education.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver courses in multiple modes of delivery, including face-to-face, online, and hybrid/blended formats.
- Address and refer student concerns, providing guidance and support to students on an individual basis.
- Monitor student progress, conduct evaluations, and provide input on division accreditation and student records.
- Integrate college SuccessAbilities, program outcomes, and course competencies into instructional activities.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Education, Math, Science, or English).
- Master's degree in a related field and/or teaching experience preferred.
- Eligibility for/or meets WTCS Faculty Quality Assurance System requirements.
