Western Technical College is seeking a qualified Adjunct Instructor to join our team. As an Adjunct Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality academic instruction, assessment, and support to students in a face-to-face format.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver courses in multiple modes of delivery, including modern classroom, interactive distance learning, online, and hybrid/blended formats.
- Develop and deliver instructional design activities, address and refer student concerns, and guide students in developing critical thinking skills.
- Monitor student progress, conduct student evaluations, and provide input on division accreditation and student records.
- Responsible for instructional learning activities, provide academic referrals, and organize, develop, and deliver outcomes-based curriculum.
- Minimum Qualifications: Journeymen or master in the plumbing or electrical trades with at least one year of related occupational experience in the last 5 years, or a plumbing or electrical trade apprentice with one year of related occupational experience within the last 5 years.
- Preferred Qualifications: Teaching experience.
