About The Role

The Enterprise Account Executive will play a pivotal role in expanding our Enterprise Account portfolio in the faith-based sector while consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in the assigned geographic territory.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill this position in a metro hub like San Diego, Denver, Houston, or Miami. Additionally, we are open to candidates residing in the following states: CA, CO, FL, GA, NY, OH, TX, or TN.

Our compensation range is $80k-100k base + $80k-100k variable, resulting in an OTE of $160k-200k.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Develop customized account plans with the Sales Development Representative for each prospect in their territory
  • Build a pipeline of prospective customers through research, cold-calling, networking, and collaboration with the assigned Business Development Representative
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospect to close, including product demonstrations, onsite visits, negotiating, and closing contracts
  • Meet and exceed sales revenue and booking goals
  • Educate prospects and clients about Pushpay's products and services through presentations and product demonstrations
  • Cultivate relationships with business partners in their territory
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate sales support activities, including documentation and management of the sales pipeline through Salesforce
  • Share industry, deal, and sales best practices with other members of the sales team
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience in Enterprise SaaS selling, preferably in the Not-For-Profit, faith sector, or payments industry
  • A strong ability to manage a large quota (~750k ARR+) with long deal cycles
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Mac OSX, Google Platforms, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Salesforce and Outreach (or similar) experience is a plus
