**Job Summary:**

The Senior HR Coordinator at Temple University Health System plays a vital role in supporting the HR department and HR leadership teams. **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform complex administrative functions in support of the HR department
  • Provide administrative support to the HR leadership team, including scheduling and coordination of meetings and events
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
