Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Community Support Specialist to join our team at the University of New Mexico - Hospitals. As a key member of our Behavioral and Mental Health department, you will play a vital role in coordinating and providing services to individuals and families necessary to promote rehabilitation, recovery, and resiliency.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 1 year of directly related experience. A valid New Mexico Driver's License is also required. Bilingual skills in English, Spanish, or other languages spoken in New Mexico are highly valued.

This is a Light Work position that requires sitting most of the time but entails pushing and/or pulling of arm or leg controls. You will work in a dynamic environment with minor hazards such as physical risks, dirt, dust, fumes, and noise. Occasional travel may be required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $43,000 - $62,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
