Company OverviewDuke City Recovery Toolbox is a fast-growing Outpatient Behavioral Health clinic in New Mexico, providing innovative treatment services to meet the needs of the community.
Salary InformationWe offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionAs a Peer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in interacting with participants for retention and relapse prevention, assisting with effective communication between staff and participants, teaching and role modeling the value of individual recovery experiences, facilitating/co-facilitating groups, and engaging/re-engaging participants in treatment.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience working in behavioral health or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
