Wood Processing Laborer

Custom Personnel is currently seeking dedicated laborers for a role in our lumber processing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in basic production tasks and assist with equipment upkeep.
- Supervise job activities within an outdoor industrial setting.
- Perform various duties including stock rotation, general cleaning, maintenance, and painting.
- Operate forklifts for shipping and receiving operations.
- Adapt to a fast-paced work environment that may be physically demanding.
- Participate in overtime or weekend shifts during peak production periods.
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of one year of relevant work experience with verifiable references.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
- Forklift operation experience is essential, and candidates should be willing to obtain certification.
- Previous experience in a lumber mill, agricultural setting, or machine shop is preferred.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with a shift from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
