We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Compliance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will provide crucial support for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and manage various aspects of HR compliance, including:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing employee communications for acquisitions and divestitures.
  • Providing workforce management support, including managing impact lists and assisting with severance calculations.
  • Conducting WARN analysis and mandatory reporting.
  • Overseeing compliance reporting, including EEO, VETS, AAP, CA Pay, and OFCCP.
  • Managing the Affirmative Action Compliance Program.
  • Ensuring state compliance certifications are up-to-date (e.g., Minnesota, Wisconsin, NY, NJ).
  • Fulfilling Canada FCP/WEIMS reporting requirements.
  • Managing labor law postings across Broadcom sites.
  • Supporting internal audits, including Agere Pension audits and I9 audits.
  • Providing support for sales/customer trust initiatives.
  • Assisting with vendor risk management (VRM) and policy management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in HR compliance, HR Operations, and/or HR Projects and Programs, preferably within a large multinational organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. and Canadian employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with M&A processes, including drafting communications and managing workforce impacts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct complex data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

The annual base salary range for this position is $103,000 - $182,000.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
