Job Title: Member Services Associate

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Services Associate to join our team at Power Wellness. As a Member Services Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, guests, and prospects, while also promoting and selling memberships and ancillary services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide the highest level of customer service to members, guests, and prospects, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing information about our services and facilities.
  • Sales and Marketing: Promote and sell memberships and ancillary services, such as personal training, massage therapy, and nutrition services, to increase revenue and drive business growth.
  • Operations: Oversee interactions at the service desk, including opening and closing procedures, point-of-sale transactions, guest registration, and check-in processes.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with members, guests, and staff through radio communication and other means, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, balancing cash drawers, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year certificate from college or technical school preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of related experience or training preferred; 2-3 years of sales, reception, and computer skills preferred.
  • Certifications: CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of hire.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work with members in a positive and service-based manner, and proficiency in computer skills.

Work Environment:

As a Member Services Associate, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, interacting with members, guests, and staff on a daily basis. You will be required to stand for long periods of time and work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
