Job Summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Career Development Specialist to join our team. As a Career Development Specialist, you will be responsible for the recruitment and arrival coordination of Job Corps students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop Center-beneficial partnerships that lead to student benefit and success.
  • Determine student qualifications, eligibility, and suitability for Job Corps enrollment.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive information and integrity of student data.
  • Work closely with the MassHire Center in Southbridge, MA to recruit students for the Grafton Job Corps Center.
Requirements:
  • Associates degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or closely related field.
  • Two years of related experience, with experience in successful Job Corps enrollment or other youth development programs.
  • Valid in-State Driver's License and meet Company insurability requirements.
