About the Role:
  • Recruit and coordinate the arrival of Job Corps students, ensuring a smooth transition into our program.
  • Develop strategic partnerships that lead to student benefit and success, aligning with our company's mission.
  • Determine student qualifications, eligibility, and suitability for Job Corps enrollment, maintaining confidentiality and integrity of student data.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the MassHire Center in New Bedford, MA to recruit students for the Grafton Job Corps Center, fostering a collaborative relationship.
  • Identify and develop partnerships that benefit students and the center, driving student success and growth.
  • Coordinate the enrollment process for Job Corps students, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential student records, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or a closely related field.
  • Two years of related experience, or a bachelor's degree in a related field, with a strong understanding of student recruitment and enrollment processes.
  • Valid in-State driver's license and meet company insurability requirements.
