Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Programmatic Advertising Specialist to join our team in the US office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for pushing our programmatic campaigns forward, supporting our Account Management and Sales teams, and analyzing data to improve yield.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in kick-off calls with clients to understand their unique needs and translate those into action plans for Seedtag.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to sales people to ensure they can properly communicate with clients on campaign status, performance, and upside opportunities.
  • Research and drive improvements to marketplace offerings and functionality to enhance buyer/seller monetization and company revenue performance.
  • Develop a deep understanding of best practices when creating programmatic campaigns around specific KPIs.
Requirements
  • Graduated in a relevant field such as programmatic, advertising, or marketing.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in trading desk agencies or in the programmatic advertising industry.
  • Proven success working with SSP's/DSP's and other Programmatic platforms such as DV360, The Tradedesk, Xandr, Smart Adserver, Google Ad manager.
  • Excellent data, analytic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Energetic, proactive, and eager to work in a startup environment.
