As a Behavioral Specialist with Sunbelt Staffing, you will collaborate with experienced professionals to implement behavior plans and support overall behavior management across the district.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with RBTs and district teachers to implement behavior plans
- Responsible for progress monitoring and behavior support
- Supervise a contracted RBT
- Work directly with a collaborative Director
Requirements:
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Valid BCBA certification in Alabama
