Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students with behavioral needs in a school-based setting.

Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques as directed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Provide one-on-one support to students in both classroom and individual settings.
  • Monitor and document student progress, including behavioral data and progress toward goals.
  • Assist in the development of individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the educational team.
Qualifications
  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree or higher in a related field preferred.
  • Experience working with children or individuals with special needs, especially in a school setting, is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior management techniques.
