Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to seniors, including wellness visits, chronic condition management, and minor injury treatment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and promote patient-centered outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advances in geriatric care.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
Requirements:
- Current and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain.
- Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
- Experience managing Medicare Advantage panels and understanding of coordinated care environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Benefits:
- A competitive base salary: $203,400 - $299,500 per year.
