Career OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner (VSP/PT) to join our team. As a key member of our integrated care teams, you will work closely with physicians, nurses, behavioral health specialists and other healthcare professionals to provide compassionate, personalized care to patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Apply advanced education and clinical competencies to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide health promotion and maintenance through diagnosis and treatment of acute illness and chronic conditions.
- Work collaboratively with executives to develop functional strategies and advise on matters of significance.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- ~2 or more years of project leadership experience.
- Masters in Science of Nursing /PA.
