Career Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner (VSP/PT) to join our team. As a key member of our integrated care teams, you will work closely with physicians, nurses, behavioral health specialists and other healthcare professionals to provide compassionate, personalized care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply advanced education and clinical competencies to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide health promotion and maintenance through diagnosis and treatment of acute illness and chronic conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with executives to develop functional strategies and advise on matters of significance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • ~2 or more years of project leadership experience.
  • Masters in Science of Nursing /PA.

Estimated Salary Range

$65,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience and location.
