Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients according to established standards of care.
- Foster a culture of cooperation and excellence within the care team.
- Participate in daily huddles and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans that prioritize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
Requirements:
- Current and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain.
- Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based care environment.
- Willingness to adapt to a value-based care setting.
Benefits:
- A competitive base salary: $203,400 - $299,500 per year.
