Manufacturing Maintenance Specialist

American Chemet Corporation seeks a skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and troubleshoot mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
- Conduct quality control checks and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with maintenance team members to ensure efficient equipment operation.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in maintenance and repair.
Requirements
A minimum of two years' experience in a manufacturing maintenance role is required. A formal training program or equivalent experience is also acceptable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment
The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on safety and quality. The successful candidate will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and work in a variety of settings, including elevated work platforms and areas with high noise levels.
