Job Title: Multimodal Imaging Specialist

Adventist Health is seeking a skilled Multimodal Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our imaging services team, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients of all ages.
  • Produce sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist interpretation.
  • Use PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images to the appropriate location.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and billing information.
  • Ensure the integrity of patient medical images and data while adhering to HIPAA and other patient confidentiality guidelines.
  • Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment and manage supply inventory.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology.
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with a certification in CT or Radiography.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Fluoroscopy license in the state of employment (preferred in CA and OR).
  • Advanced Certification in CT (required in OR and HI, preferred in CA).
