As a key member of our team at Manufacturing Inc, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process to identify and attract top talent. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet our staffing needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions
  • Utilizing various recruitment methods to source and attract candidates
  • Reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone screenings to identify qualified candidates
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Conducting reference and background checks
  • Negotiating job offers and managing the onboarding process for new hires
  • Building and maintaining relationships with universities, job fairs, and other recruitment sources
  • Staying updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to improve the recruitment process
  • Managing the recruitment budget and reporting on recruitment metrics to upper management
  • Training and mentoring junior recruiters and HR staff on recruitment processes and strategies

Requirements:

  • High School diploma with experience in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
  • Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
