The Guest Services Associate role features a competitive pay structure, starting with a Base Hourly Rate of $17.50.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and remove protective covers and tags in vehicles serviced.
- Safely maneuver vehicles from the service lane to designated areas in an organized manner.
- Ensure the security of all vehicles in the service parking area.
- Assist with the relocation of non-operational vehicles within the service department.
- Retrieve customer vehicles from the parking area as needed.
- Maintain a tidy and professional appearance of the service area.
- Inspect vehicles for any damage that may have occurred during their stay.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Support other areas of the service department as required.
- Uphold high ethical standards and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least six months of customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to coordinate with team members and comprehend instructions in English.
- A valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands of this position include:
- Frequent bending, stretching, and reaching.
- Working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds.
- Operating vehicles and potentially heavy equipment.
- Maintaining a stationary position for extended periods.
