  • Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of IT systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktop application software and specific data center hardware or software.

  • Ensure tidy storage areas and work environments.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of employees while managing license accounts.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and inventory of all managed systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field is preferred. Alternatively, a combination of education, experience, and training that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.

Proficiency in the Microsoft technology stack, including O365 and MS Teams.

Basic understanding of network components and topologies.

General knowledge of Windows Server.

Capability to manage assigned projects effectively.

Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and tasks.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred:

ITIL v4 certification is advantageous.

A+ certification is also a plus.
