Key Responsibilities:
  • Creation of reports on the status of off-invoices (marketing, services, advertising measures, penalties)
  • Reporting to the Claims Resolution Manager on the status of off-invoice claims and rejections
  • Handling of off-invoices after approval by Key Account Management
  • Communication with the Claim Coordination Team and the Collections Team
  • Adjustment of corresponding provisions in SAP
  • Creation and posting of credit notes and clearing of items
Requirements:
  • Completed commercial training and initial professional experience
  • Hands-on experience with processing claims
  • Experience with SAP FICO
  • Fluency in English, proficiency in Dutch
  • Good knowledge of VAT regulations in relation to processing customer receivables/credit notes desirable
