- Be a strategic partner in the creation and management of Unite Us customer events.
- Maintain a calendar of milestones and market moments that are relevant to the market.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of customer experiences across various touch points.
- Support marketing's contributions to product launches and feature releases.
- Regularly gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and insights for continuous improvement.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of improvements, metrics, faced challenges, and impact on customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing or customer experience, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of all aspects of marketing with familiarity with software technologies such as Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, Salesforce, Account Engagement, and Asana.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in data analysis.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, define priorities, and drive initiatives.

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions- This position is remote, U.S.-based.
- The pay range for this role is: $100,000-$120,000.
- This position may require 30% travel.
