We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Customer Marketing to drive the success and growth of our customers. This role will partner with the Marketing & Communications department to develop and execute customer marketing programs, communications, and go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Develop and manage marketing content that communicates our solutions and drives go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop and execute events for our customers across the US.
  • Proactively identify document inconsistencies, inefficiencies, and potential areas for improvement in the customer journey.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions and go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with target customers and users.
  • Build thoughtful strategies and efficient marketing campaigns.
  • Be a strategic partner in the creation and management of Unite Us customer events.
  • Maintain a calendar of milestones and market moments that are relevant to the market.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of customer experiences across various touch points.
  • Support marketing's contributions to product launches and feature releases.
  • Regularly gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of improvements, metrics, faced challenges, and impact on customer experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing or customer experience, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of marketing with familiarity with software technologies such as Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, Salesforce, Account Engagement, and Asana.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in data analysis.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, define priorities, and drive initiatives.

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions
  • This position is remote, U.S.-based.
  • The pay range for this role is: $100,000-$120,000.
  • This position may require 30% travel.
