  • Receive and process incoming donations, accurately sorting and categorizing items for further processing.
  • Issue donation receipts to donors, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized donation center, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
  • Identify and sort salvage items, packaging them for further processing and sale.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
