Job Summary

The Orthopaedic Center is seeking a highly motivated and organized Registration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless patient registration experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register patients accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary demographic information is collected.
  • Scan and upload documents associated with patient registration into their charts.
  • Verify patient insurance coverage and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide excellent customer service to patients and physicians.
  • Develop and maintain proficiency in operating systems and other software applications.
  • Provide coverage support to other offices as needed.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.

  • Outstanding organizational, verbal, and writing skills.
  • Independent and highly motivated, with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and colleagues.
