Production Management Specialist

Naked Wardrobe, a leading luxury fashion brand, seeks a skilled Production Manager to lead our production team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in production management and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Leadership: Oversee production operations, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and vendors to resolve production-related issues.
- System Administration: Maintain the PLM System, ensuring accurate data entry and updates.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with vendors, coordinating fittings and seasonal meetings.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate and update reports on work-in-progress and time and attendance, informing production decisions.
- Daily Factory Updates: Communicate regularly with factories to track production progress and coordinate shipping.
Requirements
- Industry Expertise: 3-5 years of experience in the apparel industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in costing, vendor negotiation, sourcing, logistics, and production terminology.
- Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership and organizational skills are necessary for success in this role.
- Collaborative Mindset: A team-oriented individual with a positive attitude and flexibility.
- Physical Abilities: Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is $72,000, commensurate with industry standards and qualifications.
