Apparel Production Coordinator Expert

Naked Wardrobe, a luxury apparel brand, is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to oversee production operations. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure timely delivery of products.
Main Responsibilities
- Production Process Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the product creation process from development handoff to production.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot issues during production and support resolution.
- System Maintenance: Maintain the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) System with the development team.
- Vendor Communication: Coordinate vendor communications for fittings and seasonal meetings.
- Reporting and Tracking: Update work-in-progress and time and attendance reports based on production schedules.
- Daily Factory Updates: Communicate daily with factories to monitor production timelines and coordinate shipping.
Requirements
- Industry Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the apparel industry.
- Key Skills: Proven experience with costing, vendor negotiation, sourcing, logistics, and production terminology.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills are required for this role.
- Collaboration: A team player with a good attitude and flexibility is essential.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is $72,500, based on industry standards and market conditions.
