About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Document Management Specialist at ResourceMFG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our documents and records, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and secure.
Responsibilities:
- Manage physical and electronic documents, including invoices, receipts, and contracts.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of all documents and records.
- R etrieve documents and records as needed.
- A ssist with the organization and archiving of documents.
Requirements:
- Experience with document management systems and databases.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and software.
