Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Infant Education Assistant to join our team at The Learning Experience. This role is pivotal in fostering a nurturing and stimulating atmosphere for young learners, where our philosophy of "happy happens here" is a core principle.

As an Infant Education Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting children's development, ensuring they have the resources and encouragement needed to thrive both academically and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with fellow educators to implement our unique curriculum, utilizing engaging characters to create an enjoyable learning environment.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, health regulations, and safety protocols within the classroom.
  • Work alongside colleagues to maintain a positive and inviting atmosphere for children.
  • Engage with parents and families, sharing updates on their child's progress and experiences through various communication methods.
  • Attend to the needs of children in the classroom, including basic care tasks.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for nurturing and educating young children.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required (Early Childhood Education coursework is preferred).
  • Ability to meet any relevant state licensing requirements for this position.
