Position Overview:

The University of Cincinnati's School of Education is in search of a dedicated Instructor - Educator for its Early Childhood Education program. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in program meetings and contribute to developmental initiatives.
  • Participate in committees at both the School and University levels.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching or leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in online education.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with contemporary instructional methodologies in early childhood education.
  • Willingness to contribute to service initiatives.
  • Dedication to promoting diversity and inclusion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Established connections with educational organizations in Ohio.
  • Understanding of the T.E.A.C.H. Scholarship program.
  • Experience in course development and online teaching.
  • Background in instructing preservice teacher candidates.
  • Knowledge of learning management systems.
  • Experience with data collection methods aimed at program enhancement.
