Administrative Assistant Role

Vaco is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our office environment and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

  • Manage the general office environment, including collecting and distributing mail
  • Order necessary items and maintain office supplies
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks
  • Assist customers and provide excellent customer service
