Bitcoin Depot is in search of a Kiosk / ATM Quality Assurance Specialist to collaborate closely with our IT development team, as well as product and cross-functional teams, to ensure the delivery of high-quality and scalable products. In this position, you will acquire a comprehensive understanding of the systems or products assigned to you and will be responsible for developing end-to-end and performance testing aligned with our build and sprint release process. You will also need to demonstrate knowledge and experience in smoke testing, regression testing, performance testing, and the creation of test plans and test cases. This position is based in our Atlanta office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and uphold manual testing scripts that yield reliable and repeatable results.
  • Create and implement test plans and test cases for new functionalities across both web and ATM/Kiosk applications.
  • Collaborate with the scrum team to comprehend requirements and outline the testing scope.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements across Bitcoin Depot's systems and products.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in implementing testing solutions for ATM, debit card, credit card, POS acquiring, payment gateways, and both Mastercard and Visa.
  • Solid understanding of various testing phases, including functional testing, device testing, end-to-end testing, and regression testing.
  • A minimum of 4 years of testing experience with comprehensive knowledge of the Software Test Life Cycle and defect management processes.
  • Extensive testing experience in conformance and interoperability of all ATM applications and services.
  • Ability to quickly learn products and develop testing methodologies and documentation to meet both technical and business objectives.
  • At least 4 years of experience in ATM/Kiosk testing, web testing, and device-related testing.
  • Hands-on experience with manual testing of web applications, databases, and mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience using Jira for project management.
  • Exceptional communication skills and experience working collaboratively across teams.
  • A test-oriented mindset with a curiosity to develop innovative test scenarios.
  • Knowledge of the cryptocurrency and blockchain domain is a plus.
