Job Summary

Infojini is seeking a skilled Manual Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Manual Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and test scenarios to identify defects and inconsistencies in the software.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that the software meets the required standards.
  • Create and maintain test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications, collaborating with developers and product managers to ensure alignment.
  • Guide the development team on creating test scripts and execute manual and automated test scripts, recording test results and ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies in the software, collaborating with developers to reproduce, analyze, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Verify defect fixes and validate resolution, ensuring that all test-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Communicate test progress, issues, and results effectively to the team, preparing and presenting test reports highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
