Position Overview

Tellerex is in search of a meticulous and skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to become a vital part of our team. This role involves the establishment and maintenance of quality assurance protocols across various operations, including shipping, component repair, and complete unit refurbishment. Your findings will be systematically documented and integrated into our continuous improvement processes, ensuring our products consistently exceed industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections and testing of refurbished components and machines to identify defects or potential issues.
  • Document findings in a standardized manner for future reference.
  • Stay informed about advancements in ATM technology.
  • Act as a communication bridge between refurbishment technicians and clients.
  • Continuously enhance the Quality Control Checklist to incorporate customer feedback and new insights.
  • Collaborate with the Process Improvement Department to monitor defect rates and compile data for management reporting and ongoing enhancement.
  • Relay defect information to teams to minimize future occurrences.
  • Assist the Process Improvement Team in identifying root causes of defects and strategizing solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing urgent orders.
  • Address customer inquiries and implement necessary corrections.
Qualifications
  • Required:
    • 1 to 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Exceptional attention to detail.
    • Ability to convert data into appropriate documentation.
    • Experience in a technical electromechanical repair setting.
  • Preferred:
    • Familiarity with ATMs, including basic knowledge of components such as belts, gears, cables, and wires.
    • Experience as an ATM technician or in repair roles.
    • Experience with large ERP systems.
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
    • Understanding of or certification in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (green belt certification or higher is preferred).

Work Schedule

Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. This is an onsite position.
