Job Overview:
The USOR (Utah State Office of Rehabilitation) Grant Coordinator is responsible for the comprehensive management of the USOR grant initiative and its associated pre-ETS (Employment Transition Services) programs, which include the DRC (Disability Resource Center) peer mentoring initiative, professional development prior to internships, and summer semester experiential learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and oversee a team of student staff peer mentors from Southern Utah University. Regularly review mentor documentation to track mentee progress.
- Develop resources for peer mentor meetings that emphasize academic achievement (study techniques) and career preparedness (resume writing, interview preparation, etc.).
- Act as a liaison among the DRC, SUU's Career Center, local businesses, and statewide contacts to create and manage summer internship opportunities for eligible students.
- Design and implement tailored professional development content for students preparing for internships.
- Create, oversee, and project the annual grant budget. Manage data entry, file organization, tracking, reporting, and invoicing for all facets of the USOR grant and related programs and services.
- Conduct individual and group sessions to inform potential grant and DRC students about available services, policies, and procedures; discuss their disabilities; and identify and provide reasonable accommodations in accordance with ADA regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education, business, or management-related fields.
- Experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and maintaining fiscal records for large-scale projects or programs.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing educational content and materials.
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple project demands simultaneously.
- Expertise in professional development and career readiness skills.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities to engage with a diverse range of individuals while ensuring confidentiality.
- Proficient in Google, Microsoft, and data management systems.
- Strong command of grammar, punctuation, and spelling for professional communication.
