Job Title: IT Support Tech

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Tech to join our team at Dexian. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems
  • Configure and image new equipment to support employee onboarding
  • Provide desk-side assistance in resolving technology support issues
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians as needed
  • Collaborate with Account Management to advise on preventative maintenance and configuration adjustments
  • Support customer satisfaction by communicating findings and recommendations to Account Management

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field
  • Strong technical skills, including hardware, software, and network systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
