Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Program Supervisor to lead our MST team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical supervision, leadership, and program management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, train, and support the MST team to ensure adherence to MST principles and effective implementation of interventions.
  • Develop and maintain a supportive team environment, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including community partners and organization leadership, to promote the MST program and generate referrals.
  • Manage referrals, clinician caseloads, and program data to ensure high-quality outcomes and program effectiveness.
  • Deliver MST treatment to a caseload of 1-2 families, as needed, and provide individual supervision to therapists.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Minimum one year of supervisory/leadership experience in a clinical setting.
  • Significant clinical experience in treating serious antisocial behavior in youth.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, handle multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.
