Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations to run a salon efficiently
  • Lead a dynamic team of grooming professionals

  • Listen and address customer/employee complaints and concerns
  • Basic computer skills
Requirements
  • 1+ years of Managerial experience
  • Sales experience
  • Membership sales experience a BIGGER PLUS
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Accurately book, change, and cancel client appointments
  • Utilize computers with skill and proficiency
  • Maintain a clean; safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area
  • Manage inventory accurately
  • Order supplies
  • Properly open and close each day according to Salon Procedures
