Property Management Assistant

Are you looking to embark on a career in the real estate sector? We are in search of a committed individual to become part of our growing property management firm. This role offers the chance to collaborate closely with an experienced senior property manager who possesses over twenty years of asset management knowledge.

Compensation: $60,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tenant Acquisition:
    • Identify prospective tenants
    • Work alongside leasing agents during lease renewals to ensure all units are leased promptly
    • Engage with current tenants regarding lease renewals and other concerns throughout the year
  • Project Oversight:
    • Identify suitable subcontractors
    • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to guarantee projects are completed within budget and on time
    • Attend to deliveries and inspections
  • Maintenance Management:
    • Facilitate communication between tenants and subcontractors regarding maintenance issues
    • Follow up on maintenance requests to ensure they are completed satisfactorily
    • Participate in deliveries and inspections
  • Financial Record Keeping:
    • Maintain precise records of all financial transactions
    • Supervise and track rent collections
